Unique design in Hagastaden

Kvartetten 1 is a property with 128 apartments and two commercial spaces at Gävlegatan 36B and Emmy Rappes Gata 3. The property is in a prime location in Hagastaden in central Stockholm. The two buildings of Kvartetten 1 were the first of The Quartet (Kvartetten) designed by Wingårdhs which were completed in 2021 and they were shortlisted for Stockholm's Building of the Year 2022.

The Quartet consists of four modern apartment buildings - the tenor, the bass, the alto, and the soprano - inspired by the modernist architecture of Chicago. Clean facades in glass and aluminium in harmonic metallic shades together form a beautiful, functional, and visionary part of Hagastaden.
