Apply for permission to sublet your apartment
It's easy to rent out your apartment in Brf Kvartetten 1. If you would like to sublet your apartment, fill in the form applying for permission and send it in for approval.
Send in your application

Email the board about updating the mailbox and door phone (see below) and share this document with your tenant
To change the name of the mailboxes and the door phone, email the board at styrelsen@kvartetten1.se with the names and phone numbers of people to be placed in the system. A swedish phone number is required. The mailboxes can have up to two names listed.
Please also note that it is not permitted to use sticky notes or anything else on the mailboxes. All stickers / name tags on mailboxes will be removed regularly.
