Important information regarding upcoming ventilation service

To follow up on the results of the OVK inspection conducted during the summer and to ensure continued good ventilation in all apartments, the association has ordered a cleaning of the exhaust air ducts, adjustment of airflow rates, and a re-inspection in all apartments.

This will be carried out in two phases during March as follows:

• Phase 1 – Week 10: Cleaning of exhaust air ducts, adjustment of airflow rates, and other maintenance
• Phase 2 – Weeks 13 and 14: Fine-tuning and re-inspection (OVK)

As before, the work will be carried out by Värmex on behalf of the board. Please read here to see which days Värmex will need access to your apartment:

Here is important information from Värmex before the work begins:

It is essential that we have access to your apartment.

Please clear the areas around all vents in your apartment (kitchen, bathroom, WC, closet, living room, bedroom, loft, etc.) so that we can reach them.

In general, all rooms in your apartment will need to be accessed for the work.

Due to the nature of the work, and because we need access to all apartments, it is not possible to schedule a specific time with us. All personnel carry ID 06 authorization for the construction industry.

If you cannot be at home during the scheduled time and period:

Set the lock on your apartment door to service mode (10:00). This allows us to use a service key to unlock and relock the door after completing the inspection.

If you have an electronic code lock, contact Värmex in advance with instructions.
