Call to Annual General Meeting 2026

We are pleased to invite you to the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026.

Note that the above documents are only available in Swedish. The presentation of the proposed board members includes bios in English. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting but still wish to exercise your voting rights, you may authorize a proxy by completing and signing the proxy form included in the documents. The association’s bylaws specify who may serve as a proxy.

We have also invited the association’s authorized auditor from BDO Mälardalen, Margareta Kleberg, as well as Adrian Seder from SBC, who will act as chair of the meeting.

Please remember to bring all distributed documents to the Annual General Meeting.

As is tradition, the association will provide coffee and sandwiches (starting 17:30), so please remember to register your attendance.
