New Procedures for Subletting

Are you subletting or planning to sublet in the near future? If so, please continue reading.
We kindly ask all current subletters to ensure that their subletting arrangement is correctly registered in SBC's customer portal. Please log in to the customer portal and then click on "din lägenhet". If you cannot see that your subletting arrangement is registered, please contact the board.
In connection with the change of the association's property manager, the procedure for reporting subletting has also been updated. You can find the new procedure on the association's website (log in with your email address): Information on subletting for Kvartetten 1 members
NOTE! Remember that a new registration of subletting must be sent to the board every 12 months, regardless of the length of the lease agreement, and all subletting arrangements must be registered.
