Call to Annual Meeting 2025

We are pleased to hereby invite you to the association’s Annual General Meeting 2025.

Below you will find the notice of the meeting with the proposed agenda, the annual report for the financial year 2024, the board’s proposals, and the association’s proxy form. These are only available in Swedish, but the board member bios are also in English.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but still wish to exercise your voting rights, you need to submit our proxy form, completed and signed, to your representative. Who may act as a representative is specified in the association’s bylaws.

The association’s authorized auditor from BDO Mälardalen, Margareta Kleberg, as well as the financial consultant from SBC, Markus Pålsson, have also been invited to the meeting.

Please remember to bring all documents sent out in advance to the Annual General Meeting.

As per tradition, the association will be serving coffee and sandwiches – so don’t forget to RSVP!
